On June 1st, 2024, Nebu Residences hosted a memorable Rebrand Soft Launch Event in Jomtien, Pattaya. The event attracted attendees from around the world. The evening began with a warm welcome and an introduction to the new brand identity. This new brand identity symbolizes a fresh chapter for Nebu Residences.

The highlight of the event was the unveiling of our rebrand, showcasing our innovative designs, sustainability initiatives, and key amenities. Our 3 core pillars—Property, Economy, and Well-being—were explored, with a special focus on real estate investment through fractional ownership and tokenization.
